Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Technology
What is ie&t chile?
ie&t stands for Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Technology. This student-led network helps high school students build projects and explore opportunities beyond school. It began as an idea from Sebastián, Noah, João and Mateo. Collaboration with Universidad de Chile came later.
Who can join?
All high school students are welcome, with no coding, business or competition experience required. Interests can include technology, engineering, design, science, entrepreneurship, leadership or social impact.
What can you build?
An app, a physical prototype, a research project, a venture or a social-impact initiative. Students choose a problem they care about and develop an idea they can test and improve.
Who leads the project?
Students make the decisions and do the work. The network's approach combines that independence with guidance, feedback and agreed next steps. Teammates share responsibility and follow through on commitments.
Who is behind ie&t chile?
The team brings together João, Sebastián, Noah, Mateo, Ignacio and Katherina Gatica. Katherina is the main contact.
